Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice of Suffolk (VNSHS) serves patients and their families throughout Suffolk County with skilled home nursing and hospice services, inpatient Hospice House, rehabilitative therapy, medical social work, home health aide care, nutritional education and diabetic counseling, volunteers and community programs such as flu shot clinics and bereavement programs.
